Charlotte Guttenberg got her first tattoo when she was 57-years-old. 11 years later and she is the world's most tattooed female senior citizen. Guttenberg, from Florida, has covered 91.5 per cent of her body in ink. Her partner Chuck Helmke’s body is 93.75 per cent covered in tattoos leading declare them as the most tattooed senior citizen female and male, respectively.
